NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

GREY & BRUCE MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY
TAKE NOTICE that an Annual General Meeting of the Members of Grey & Bruce Mutual Insurance Company will be held in the Company office, on the 20th day of March, 2012 at the hour of 1:00 p.m. for the purposes of:
- Receive the Annual Statement
- Elect Directors
- Appoint an Auditor
- Transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting
NOTE:
- Mr. Art Rivest is eligible for re-election
- Mr. Gordon Sewell is not eligible for re-election. Mr. Sewell will be retiring from the Board of Directors
A Member may obtain a copy of the complete Financial Statement by sending a written request to the Corporation's Head Office at least 14 days before the date of the Meeting.
